Hey Chris, I haven't been very active here but a few of us have been up to Bald a few times in the snow and recently got back from King of the Hammers out in Johnson Valley. The Niners had a great season but that was disappointing in the end there (again…). I'm looking forward to next season.

Hello and welcome, any favorite locations so far? We're often up in the High Sierra district but make our way over to the Bass Lake district of the SNF, the coastal range, and Oceano Dunes of course.

Our plans may have been cut short, it looks like the green gates may be closed.

Late to the party but great looking Raptor! We are looking at a run up to Bald Mountain on New Year's Day if you happen to have your controls installed by then. If not we would likely have a free seat among the group of us.

Welcome to the forum, glad to have you here and I agree with Brent the Black Diamond is a great trim. We’ve also talked recently talked about needing another on-road meetup sometime.

Honestly, it’s not really much going down since your tires are dry. It’s the going up with wet tires after having just crossed the creek that makes it a bit more challenging. The rest of the route is fairly straightforward save for a few smaller obstacles, some of which are avoidable, but it...

I think the creek entrance and trail we took from the top down to it is one of my favorites in the Bald Mt. area.

Hope you guys can make it out next time, we were able to get to a few more obstacles and explored some additional trails.
